Description of problem:
ninja is commonly installed as just `ninja`, but the fedora package installs a `ninja-build` binary.  gyp doesn't realize this.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a package of your choice and run: gyp -f ninja <usual arguments> --build=Debug

Actual results: a stacktrace:
