1.Item names in Compute -> Infra -> Datastores -> [A Datastore] -> Files -> [A file] get localized when changed language except "My company" in the details page

The 'My Company' string here comes from a database and as such cannot
be translated into any language really.

Otherwise, it can be edited under access control -> tenants.
