How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce: 
1. Login to SSUI
2. and raise few service requests 
3. click on "My request" . All requests are shown but they do not request status - Pass/Fail/error

I believe that this functionality is in master.  Allen can you verify?

Gonna need more info here, are they asking for the provisioning status of the request? I.E. request state?
The green checkmark and the word approved indicate approval status, regardless there's some cleanup work to be done on requests before code freeze.

That's right Allen . 
I am asking for provisioning status .Though the request is approved sometimes it errors out .
Like in the attached screenshot , along with Approval status there is also a column "Status" that shows if the request failed.

It will be nice to have this in SUI too.
