This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 26 development cycle. Changing version to '26'.
subroutine get1(lhdr,nt,smp,lwd,litbig,QSCR,Qkey CH, S) DIMENSION QSCR(*,*),S(*) is not valid Fortran, assumed-size can be specified only in the last dimension. GCC should not ICE on it, just diagnose it, so I've filed http://gcc.gnu.org/PR79795 for it.
