Description of problem:
Currently, after then initial deploy of RHEV from QCI, it is not possible to add additional hosts to the new environment.

Actual results:
Not able to deploy additional hosts to RHV cluster after initial install.

Expected results:
Addition of additional hosts to RHV cluster.
