Description of problem:
On the RHV:Hypervisor screen, when I click "Select all (#)" it selects all but it also selects the engine.   When you hit next though, you'll see quickly deselect the engine, and if you hit back or get back to that screen somehow, the engine is no longer selected.   Additionally, when you do press "Select all (#)" it does not give you the option to "Deselect all" but still says "Select al (#)".

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Select "Hypervisor + engine" as your setup type in "RHV:Setup Type"
2.  Select an engine node in the "RHV:Engine" screen.
3.  Press "Select all (#)" in the RHV:Hypervisor" screen.

Actual results:
Will actually select the engine too, as specified in the description.


Expected results:
It should not select the engine.   And "Select all" should change to "Deselect all".
