Should /etc/rhn/spacewalk-repo-sync/uln.conf exist?

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Sat 5.8.0
2. # cat /etc/rhn/spacewalk-repo-sync/uln.conf

Actual results:

We're keeping 'uln' repository type in Sat 5.8.
See Bug 1380304 for more information.
