Description Vivek Das 2016-10-20 10:38:24 UTC
Description of problem:
On a four node ctdb setup with SSL enable when we try to mount the volume from another client even though the smbclient & cifs mount command fails, we can see a smbd process generated with smbstatus

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
samba-client-4.4.6-1.el7rhgs.x86_64
glusterfs-client-xlators-3.8.4-2.el7rhgs.x86_64

How reproducible:
Witnessed once and reporting

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Four node gluster setup with samba ctdb
2.Enable SSl over a volume
3.Have a client machine with smb running
4.Enable encryption in management (i.e servers) & disable encryption in client
5.Try to mount using cifs client and smbclient
6.Check smbstatus over server

Actual results:
multiple smbd process is spawned with every mount command you run

Expected results:
Should not be the case
