Description of problem: documents using texlive-pstricks can't be converted with dvips or dvipdf because of a missing header pst-tools.pro. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): texlive-pstricks-svn29678.2.39-38.el7.noarch How reproducible: Fully. Steps to Reproduce: 1. yum install texlive 2. Create this document test.tex: \documentclass{article} \usepackage{pstricks} \begin{document} test \end{document} 3. latex test.tex && dvips test.dvi Actual results: dvipdf: ! Couldn't find header file: pst-tools.pro resulting pdf looks empty without the text "test". Expected results: dvipdf finishes successfully and pdf shows expected content. Additional info: In Fedora the pst-tools.pro header is provided by the package texlive-pst-tools, which is omitted from RHEL7.
texlive-pst-tools is included in texlive-extension in epel. Please install it with following command: yum install texlive-extension. Please make sure that you have enable yum repo for epel7. wget http://ftp.wrz.de/pub/fedora-epel/7/x86_64/e/epel-release-7-2.noarch.rpm
Your link to the epel-release seems broken, but I am already using EPEL and I don't see that package. Shouldn't it be seen in https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/7/x86_64/t/ if it was available?
