Description of problem:
Even if there is an active EPEL7 branch of python-django-formtools, there is not a package in the stable repository

Until there is something like Django-1.8 in epel7 I can not really recommend to use Django on EL7.

Django-1.8 is currently blocked in EPEL by reviewboard requiring Django-1.6.
