The link is to a page that is no longer maintained -- it goes out of date quickly, and it's better to get general guidance but no new page has been written to replace that one.

I have removed the reference from the RHEL 5 version of the document and have rebuilt the document:

Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux-Cluster_Suite_Overview-5-web-en-US-5.11-7.el6

Then this appears on the document review server I will tag it for public release and note on this BZ when the updated document is on the portal.
