I checked the definition for the "Development Tools" group <ssh://git/fedora-comps.git> and git is default part of the group in all Fedoras. What Fedora version do you use?

But I agree that cvs and rcs could be demoted from default to optional level.

i double checked and i have git installed. 99% sure that is the reason :)

PR was merged and will take effect the next time the repodata is composed.
