Description of problem:
Can't find the custom field customer escalation in the custom fields page

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login by admin, then go to custom fields page
2.Try to find the field customer escalation
3.

Actual results:
Couldn't find it

cf_cust_facing exists and is in the right places on every server I have admin access too.

After re-dump latest db, this field view-able now, seems this bug could be closed
