Description of problem:
It's better to improve the alignment of Roles when there's long subject name. See attachment.

openshift v3.4.0.15

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to openshift, create project
2. Go to "Resources" -> "Membership", click the Tab "System Groups"
3. Check the alignment of the list under "Roles"

Actual results:
3. It is not strictly aligned as other Tabs "Users" shows. In fact, in other Tabs, if there is long subject name, this issue also happens.

Expected results:
3. It's better to improve the alignment of Roles when there's long subject name.

Verified in openshift v3.4.0.23+24b1a58. Now columns are always aligned. If subject name is too long, it will be wrapped.
I'd like to move to VERIFIED (skip the ON_QA status)
