1. Create a copy of the existing keystonerc_admin file:

This file does not exist anywhere on the filesystem of any of the controller nodes, it does not exist on the director node either.

The use of keystonerc_admin may be confusing to customers. I created the following KCS, but ideally we should merge this into the documentation.

This has fixed for the AD integration chapter, but not for the IdM or generic LDAP chapters. Backporting fix...

Confirmed builds were successful. There may not be a need for docs QE, as this change only copied over existing content.
