Description Jason Berry 2016-10-26 13:05:51 UTC
Description of problem:
If you start a RE job against 1 host that runs for a while, and while it's running delete that host from Satellite + shut it down/dete from Vmware, the job subtask for that host continues to think it's available/running and doesn't timeout. You have to cancel the job for it to finally fail.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.2.2

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start a long running RE job against a host
2. Delete the host from Satellite and shutdown the host
3. Job continues to think it's running

Expected results:
Job fails

Thank you for your interest in Satellite 6. We have evaluated this request, and we do not expect this to be implemented in the product in the foreseeable future. We are therefore closing this out as WONTFIX. If you have any concerns about this, please feel free to contact Rich Jerrido or Bryan Kearney. Thank you.
