[UI] - VM name is <UNKNOWN> in the event log ui when shutting a VM down 

- VM <UNKNOWN> is down. Exit message: Admin shut down from the engine

Cannot reproduce on the current ovirt-engine-4.1 branch. Most likely was fixed by this patch: https://gerrit.ovirt.org/69311/.
