Description of problem:

Is in not possible to resize up the storage for an instance booted from a glance image using rbd backend, it resizes ram, cpu but not the storage.

I found this upstream bug describing the same issue. Teorically it is resolved on nova-compute 12.0.2

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch an instance
2. Resize the instance with a flavor qith bigger disk
3.

Actual results:
Everything eresized but the disk size

Expected results:
Everything resized included the disk space
