Description of problem:
When adding a subscription to the new replication tab, when you first save the subscription the on/off slide is misaligned and poorly formatted. It is confusing to the users as to whether they were able to successfully add a subscription or not

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configuration
2. Replication tab
3. Set Type to be Global
4. Add subscription
5. Save subscription
6. Notice that the slider in the "Central Admin Enabled" field is wrong

Can you look at the alignment issue on new "Central Admin Enabled" switch on Replication tab.

This UI  feature was removed from the product - the slider bar is no longer a part of the UI. Closing this BZ.
