Description of problem:

Nothing happens when user clicks on chart zooming icon in any of the charts when accessed using IE-11. Works in Firefox and Chrome browsers

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

IE version: 11.0.9600.18499
CFME version: 5.7.0.7-beta1.20161025153249_9376fbd

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Login to CFME using Internet Explorer-11
2.Navigate to summary view of a middleware server
3.Click on Monitoring->Utilization
4.Click on the chart zooming icon under any of the charts like 'Transactions' chart (please refer the attached screenshot)
5.Observe that nothing happens on clicking chart zooming icon.

Actual results:
Chart zooming does not work in IE-11

Expected results:
Chart zooming should work in IE-11

Additional info:
Works in Firefox and Chrome.

I also didnt managed to reproduce this issue in my IE, Zoomin and Zoomout works good.

It seems this can't be reproduced and no fix was made. Shouldn't we be closing this BZ then?
