Description of problem:
SSUI service power_state is showing unknown even though the VM in the service is powered on.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. log into the SSUI
2. Navigate to a service with an Amazon VM that is powered on
3.

Actual results:
service power_state is unknown

Expected results:
service power_state should be on

After talking with Drew Bomhof, this is the expected behavior at the moment. Power State of a service is separate than that of a VM. Power state of a service is passive and based solely on clicking start at the service level. After a refresh, then the power_state and status get updated.
