Description of problem:
When global/remote replication is set up, providers should include a link to which region they are being replicated from on the global region. See the VM page for how this would look.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a provider to the remote region
2. Setup global/remote replication
3. On the global region, view a provider. Notice that it doesn't have a Region field
