We forgot to ensure that 3.3.1 features were called out in the release notes and errata text. We can't do anything about errata but we should amend the release notes to add the new features.

The first is scheduled jobs, we have docs for that, so just need to add a summary of the feature to the release notes and point at the docs for those, docs at https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/3.3/dev_guide/scheduled_jobs.html

The second is sysctl support, I don't see anything openshift docs on this, kube docs for the feature are at http://kubernetes.io/docs/admin/sysctls/ I'm not certain if it's acceptable to reference that for the time being or if we need to get openshift docs for the feature ASAP.
