Description of problem:
Add filter on "Builds"->"Images" page, the filter will be added twice.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add filter on "Builds"->"Images" page

Actual results:
1.The filter is added twice. Refer to attachment.

Expected results:
1.The filter should be only added once.

Checked on origin env (openshift version v1.4.0-alpha.0+f69b28e-909-dirty), now filter on image page, the filter will be added one time correctly.
The bug has been fixed, so move it to Verified.
