Description of problem:
When trying to build a package for ppc64le which requires pcre the (copr-)build fails because the package is not signed.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
pcre-8.39-6.fc25.ppc64le.rpm

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start building a package for ppc64le which requires the pcre package
2.

Actual results:
Build fails because package is not signed.

Packages are signed after building them by release engineers. Moreover PowerPC is not officially supported by Fedora. I will try find somebody who is responsible for it.

It's a transient issue when an unsigned rpm slipped into the pre-release repo.

this was something that happened with how we managed alternative architectures during development cycles. the new way this will never happpen, I am closing NOTABUG
