how long did you wait? 2 things to try: 1. how long does 'pkcon update' in a terminal take to complete? 2. try running 'pkmon' in a terminal while plasma-discover is running (and you try doing a search). what does it say?

appstreamcli search krita, seems doesnt work ,but gnome-software works ok. I look for kde bug but they has diferent problem (hangs/ not find) https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=362096
Try running (as root): appstreamcli refresh-index --force and see if that helps. Otherwise, we'll have to debug why appstreamcli search hangs.
Command 'refresh-index' is unknown.
what is needed dependencies? its something missing? in man is only "refresh" and "refresh-cache" but in result with '--help' is this command is it.
