You have ksdevice=bootif installer boot option set which means installer expects BOOTIF=<a bit mangled MAC> being supplied from PXE bootloader. So either PXE configuration should be updated or you need to specify the device to be used by ksdevice boot option (eg device name, mac, "link" to take first device with link up).

It works now after I change to use ksdevice=MAC.
