As per:

https://github.com/openshift/openshift-docs/issues/3130

We need docs that told the users how to get an API token for openshift online.

There does seem to be this:

https://docs.openshift.com/online/architecture/additional_concepts/authentication.html#api-authentication

But that does not seem complete or in the right place.

Might be better to have this in:

https://docs.openshift.com/online/cli_reference/get_started_cli.html
