Description of problem:

We want feature to hot remove CPU from the VM which is running on RHEL 7.2 host

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

RHEL 7.2

How reproducible:

100% 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create VM on top of RHEL 7.2 
2. Try to remove CPU online


Actual results:

We are not able to remove CPU from the VM in running state.

Expected results:

CPU can be reduced for the running VM.
