This was actually fixed in 5.6.2.2.

The amount of menus is at 13 in container image of CFME.
Is this the expected behaviour?

1) Set Timezone
2) Restore Database From Backup
3) Setup Database Region
4) Configure Database

8) Generate Custom Encryption Key
