Created attachment 1215862 [details] snapshots, engine.log Description of problem: Dashboard displays 5 storage domains: 4 that are up and 1 that is down, when in fact all 5 storage domains are up. Version-Release number of selected component: rhevm-4.0.5.4-0.1.el7ev.noarch How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to webadmin, Dashboard, Storage Domains 2. Check if the numbers displayed there for domains that are up/down are correct. Actual results: For some reason, though there are 5 storage domains that are active, the Dashboard shows there are only 4 up and 1 down. by clicking them we get to a filtered storage view tab: when clicking on the storage domains that are down - shown an empty display (no storage domains in the list - since they are all up). when clicking on the storage domains that are up - shown all the 5 active storage domains. Expected results: For the number of domains up/down to be correct.
I can't find any obvious query or counting issues. Dashboard data does get cached for a minute or so. In that interval, a storage domain could have been considered down but by the time you click the down link it has transitioned to up. To compound the problem, the last update time reported is based on when the UI asks for data and not on when the data was actually fetched. Do the up/down/warning counts equalize after a few minutes? Can you verify that the counts correct themselves after a few (5-10) minutes?
Closing. If it happens again, please re-open.

I remember it didn't correct itself after 5-10 minutes.. it was like this for at least a day and I did refresh the page and logged out, logged in (I think it was solved when I upgraded the engine or reinstalled it) Anyway, I haven't witnessed this for a while and have no idea how to recreate it.
