can you use oc logs -p to get the logs from the previous instance so maybe we can see what happened when it crashed?

nothing interesting there i'm afraid.  I take it you've done nothing w/ jenkins beyond trying to bring it up (haven't logged in, aren't running any jenkins jobs, etc)?

does the openshift/jenkins-2-centos7 image behave the same way?  

does this recreate on multiple environments?

changed another 3.4 env, it works and plugin is:1.0.28
