Description of problem:
The welcome message in the installation boot process is inaccurate. The rhel version is el7.2 in this message, but it should be el7.3


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
redhat-virtualization-host-4.0-20161027.1
imgbased-0.8.6-0.1.el7ev.noarch


How reproducible:
100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RHVH via PXE or ISO.
2. Focus on the screen print of the boot process.


Actual results:
1. After step2, there is a message "Welcome to Red Hat Virtualization Host 4.0 (el7.2)!" on the screen output.

Expected results:
1. After step2, the welcome message should be "Welcome to Red Hat Virtualization Host 4.0 (el7.3)!".

Install redhat-virtualization-host-4.0-20161116.1, the welcome message in the installation boot process is "Welcome to Red Hat Virtualization Host 4.0 (el7.3)!" 

So, this bug is fixed.
