Pending Virtual Machine changes items overlap window. See screenshot.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make many changes in User Portal/Extended view to cause popup for confirmation of pending changes
2. see window layout, overlap?
3.

Actual results:
changed items in Pending Virtual Machine changes window overlap the window size

Expected results:
they should fit into the window

user portal has been deprecated and will be removed in 4.2
