56 Chargeback report

Description of problem:

In 5.7, the used value reported for VM resources is the hourly average value instead of the total daily value.

In 5.6, the used value is the total daily value.

I have attached a chargeback report from 5.6 and 5.7.

The VM in question in cu-24x7, which runs 24x7.Both my 5.6 and 5.7 are managing the same vsphere provider on which this VM is running.Both the appliances have 24 hourly rollups in the DB for 10/28/2016.


CPU used on 10/28/2016:
5.6 , 63.24 GHz 
5.7 , 2.64 GHz

The reported value for CPU used for 5.7 is 2.64 GHz which is 63.24/24.

Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1.Enable C&U collection for a provider
2.Collect at least 24 hours of C&U data
3.Generate a chargeback report.

Resource used value reported in chargeback report should be the total daily value.

This issue applies to all resources and not just CPU.
