Tested the Azure ASM(Azure Service Management) mode according to the document. Uploading the image and creating the service, vnet, vms, attaching the extra disks are successful. 

As the latest build is rounded to the nearest 1MB rounding. We don't need to document the conversion of VHD to nearest 1MB rounding part in the document. We can remove the below section from the Deployment Guide for Public Cloud

3.4.3. Resizing Virtual Hard Disks - We can remove this entire section.

I have updated the Azure chapter based on Comment 5. I have also updated the entire guide to make it RHGS 3.2 specific.

The heading of 3.6 section contains appendix, that should be removed.

In Section-3.6.1. need to specify ASM Azure Service Management.

As discussed, made the following changes to the doc:

1. Updated the ssh command in section 3.6.

2. Added the "3.6.6. Configure the Gluster Storage Cluster" section for ASM mode.

3. Deleted the note on --ssh-port in section 3.5.
