Taro Yasuma alerted the documentation team to an article titled 'Installing and Managing Red Hat OpenStack Platform'. It is available on the Customer Portal here:

The article describes "recommended best practices for installing Red Hat OpenStack Platform for typical use cases", and should be provided for customers to read before they begin installation.

A link to this article must be added to the Release Notes, and in the introductions to our two installation documents.
