Description of problem:
The key is valid, however constantly after succesfull key validation it turns to invalid. 
validating again the key turn to be successful, user need to save the configuration again

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.7.0.9 beta 1

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. connect RHOS undercloud to CFME
2. add the undercloud private key to the infra provider configuration and save
3. wait ~10 minutes

Actual results:
The key is turn to be invalid quad icon show (!)

Expected results:
no key alerts for valid ones

This is actually a false negative, correct?  If so, we can check to see if it's a similar issue as https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1390643

https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq/pull/13445 is the PR which fixes this.
