Description of problem:
VDSM has install dependency of device-mapper-multipath, leading to multipath being installed even if no block storage is used. In case there is issue with multipath module or configuration for any reason, there is currently no way to work around it in clean way.

We've had the same RFE wrt Gluster bits. We are not configuring or adding packages on the fly.
