Provisioning an appliance cfme-rhos-5.7.0.9-1.x86_64.qcow2 finished successfully creating database finish with error

1. download the latest stable cfme RHOS image
2. Install the appliance with virt
3. login the appliance
4. run appliance_console
5. configure database


Actual results:

The appliance won't start evm.server is down

Expected results:

evm server to start

It seems like this was due to some confusion when answering the prompts for configuring the database.

Ronnie can you confirm that the appliance is working and this is not a bug?
