Description of problem: Currently need to do a dodgy with <qemu:commandline> to set type 3 smbios info (chassis). Given that we can already set bios, system and baseboard info with clean XML it'd be nice to add "chassis" to the list so that vm configs where this is wanted need not be tainted. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): All the way up to 2.4.0
