Description of problem:
yum doesn't install several KDE packages. I tried to install xorg-x11
kdebase kdenetwork kde-i18n-German at once, but it simply does not
work. I did not see an erorr message, but only xorg-x11 was installed.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install a minimal package set of Fedora C3.
2. yum update to get latest packages.
3. yum install xorg-x11 kdebase kdenetwork kde-i18n-German

Actual Results: Only xorg-x11 was installed, though all RPMs and
headers were fetched.

do me a favor, run:
yum list installed kde\*

and tell me what is returned.

Comment 2 Florian Effenberger 2004-11-14 02:33:18 EST
After (!) I have manually installed the packages as described above, I
get the following list:

Installed Packages
kde-i18n-German.noarch 1:3.3.1-1 installed
kdeartwork.i386 3.3.1-1 installed
kdebase.i386 6:3.3.1-4.1 installed
kdelibs.i386 6:3.3.1-2.2 installed
kdenetwork.i386 7:3.3.1-1 installed
Comment 3 Seth Vidal 2004-11-14 10:38:23 EST
well that will make this very hard to diagnose then.

If I can't get a reproduceable case then I'm going to have a lot of
problems fixing it, if it is a bug at all.

Comment 4 Florian Effenberger 2004-11-14 13:42:08 EST
For reproducing it, see above:

1. Install a minimal package set of Fedora C3.
2. yum update to get latest packages.
3. yum install xorg-x11 kdebase kdenetwork kde-i18n-German
Comment 5 Seth Vidal 2004-11-14 16:13:11 EST
I did a minimal fc3 install.

I ran yum install xorg-x11 kdebase kdenetwork kde-i18n-German

it listed all of them for the install.

I can't replicate this.

Okay, maybe it was a temporary problem. If it occurs again, I willl
re-open this issue.
