Description of problem:

From systemd-232, the man pages journal-upload.conf.5.gz and journal-upload.conf.d.5.gz are provided. I think these pages should be packaged in journal-remote subpackage, instead of the main package.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

systemd-232.1

Actual results:

journal-upload.conf.5 and journal-upload.conf.d.5 are installed by journal-remote subpackage.

Expected results:

journal-upload.conf.5 and journal-upload.conf.d.5 are installed even if journal-remote subpackage is not installed.
