Description of problem:
I get infinispinner when I either 
1. open Timeline tab for report with timeline 
or 
2. on attempt to turn on Timeline for just created/clonned report

It seems infinispinner shows up on attempt to render sample timeline.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.7.0.9

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Cloud Intel->Reports
2. Expand Reports->Events->Policy
3. Select any Policy Events for Last week report
4. Clone the report by clicking Configuration->Copy this Report
5. Try to open Timeline tab in appeared report

Actual results:
1. Infinispinner appears
2. Cloned report is lost

Expected results:
no such issue
