Description Gregg Tanzillo 2016-11-04 14:41:23 UTC
This BZ serves a place where we can document the steps for enabling and managing the new PostgreSQL High Availability feature in an environment running Euwe.

Is there any chance this change can be made as a PR in the upstream docs repo (https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq_docs) or somewhere else with proper reviewing tools?

I'm not sure if those are the same docs, but it would make this review process much easier. That way I wouldn't have to provide context with every comment I make, and it would be much easier to see when particular comments were addressed.

Hi Nick,

I can try that next time -- the current files are in our downstream repo in Gitlab. The thing I don't enjoy about working in Github is that the formatting doesn't show properly, and you can't easily view the guide as a whole, and it's important for a new guide to see the flow of all the chapters/sections.

I created a Google doc that can collect comments/edits from everyone on the review list, however -- would you be able to add feedback there?

Thanks in advance!

The CloudForms 4.2 Configuring High Availability guide has been published and is available here: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-cloudforms/4.2/single/configuring-high-availability/.
