Add s390x to %{nodejs_arches} macro

Description of problem:
Node.js v6 now supports building on the s390x platform. We need to update the %{nodejs_arches} macro and perform a rebuild(*)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
redhat-rpm-config-50-1.fc26

How reproducible:
N/A

N/A


Additional info:

Patch for dist-git attached.

(*) The rebuild will be done as part of the Fedora 26 mass-rebuild.
