Created attachment 1217563 [details] dnf log Description of problem: I live in Iran and when I try to install new packages and/or update existing packages on my fedora 24 x86_64, I get "Connection refused" for downloading packages from repo.fedoralinux.ir. I can ping repos.fedoralinux.ir but can not download anything from it. Even I tried to uncomment 'baseurl' and comment 'metalink' lines in '/etc/yum.repos.d/fedora.repo' and '/etc/yum.repos.d/fedora-updates.repo' but it did not work out. Before existing this Iranian repository, I had no problem with downloading packages from other countries in Turkey, Japan, Taiwan, etc. When I use a proxy or a VPN to change my IP, I can download all the packages successfully with full speed. How reproducible: When using 'dnf install PACKAGE_NAME' and/or 'dnf update' Additional info:

I check my server (repo.fedoralinux.ir) and fixed the bug . there was a problem with the storage and the huge traffic from other countries like china and india and many more. Also the connection to HTTPS had errors (because the ssl ke was self-signed) NOW it works. dnf clean all rm -rf /var/cache/dnf/ dnf update -y Dear Ali please inform me directly on my email if you still have any problem with the mirror. mroshaghi over gmail Thanks
