Description of problem:

PPTP client doesn't connect to a PPTP server 


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a pptp connection
2.try to connect to a server


Actual results:
Connection fails

Expected results:
Connection works

Additional info:
I have a few routers and windows based PC's which perfectly connect to a server.

looks like bug 1375006.

Does workaround https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1375006#c5 fix the issue?
