Description of problem:
Please replace the string 'How reproduci ble' to 'How reproducible' for default component description

This issue could be reproduced in QE test server and the beta server

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Try to create a bug with component's description using the default description.
2.Check the content of the default component description.

Tested on QA environment(5.0.3-rh15)
Result: Pass
This issue still exist in new build.

The templates are injected in to the database as part of the upgrade, if you want your DB updated you will have to redo the upgrade.
