Description of problem:
With the official release of redhat-certification-4.0 the info test fails the RHEL6.8GA kernel version check. See attached info-failure.jpg.
The LTS is not connected to the internet as it is in an isolated lab environment. This issue is not seen on RHEL7.2 or 6.7.
The RHEL6.8GA media kernel-abi-whitelists rpm is installed on the SUT.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RHEL6.8 GA
2. LTS not connected to the internet
3. Install the cert kit
4. Run a test
5. The Info test kernel check fails

Actual results: The Info test kernel check fails on RHEL6.8GA.

Expected results: The Info test should pass on RHEL6.8GA.

Confirmed this issue is fixed in the redhat-certification-4.1-20161031.
This issue can now be closed as fixed.
